Activating Your Windows Product

Welcome to Donisco: Innovation Solutions! This guide will help you download and activate your Windows product using the license key we’ve provided. Follow these simple steps to get started.

Step 1: Download Windows

1. Visit the official Microsoft Windows download page:
   https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10 (for Windows 10)
   https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 (for Windows 11)
2. Click “Download Now” to download the Windows installation tool.
3. Run the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to create a bootable USB drive or ISO file.

Step 2: Install Windows

1. Insert the USB drive or mount the ISO file on your computer.
2. Restart your computer and boot from the USB drive or ISO file.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows.
   • When prompted, select “I don’t have a product key” (you’ll enter the key later).
4. Complete the installation process.

Step 3: Activate Your Windows License

1. Once Windows is installed, go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
2. Click “Change Product Key” and enter the 25-character product key we provided in your email.
3. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.

Step 4: Verify Activation

1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
2. If activated successfully, you’ll see a message saying “Windows is activated” along with your product key details.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Invalid Key: Ensure you’ve entered the key correctly. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@donisco.com.
• Activation Error: Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Support or reach out to us.
