Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your license key via email within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Invalid or Non-Functional Key: If the license key you receive is invalid or does not work, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer need the product.
Incorrect Purchase: If you purchase the wrong product (e.g., wrong software version), we cannot issue a refund. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Product Used or Activated: Once a license key has been used or activated, it cannot be refunded.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
